This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured medical case design, diagnostic reasoning review, clinical evaluation, rubric development, healthcare response assessment, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their medical expertise to create realistic diagnostic cases, evaluate clinical reasoning, prepare structured scoring criteria, and support accurate, evidence-based medical review tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Diagnostic Case Design & Clinical Scenario Development

• Create realistic diagnostic cases based on clinical presentation, patient history, symptoms, exam findings, labs, imaging, and specialty-specific considerations
• Develop case materials that require careful clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis, risk assessment, and evidence-based decision-making
• Structure diagnostic scenarios with clear source details, expected reasoning paths, and clinically appropriate outcomes
• Support development of challenging medical cases aligned with professional clinical standards

Rubric Development & Response Evaluation

• Create structured rubrics for scoring clinical responses to diagnostic cases
• Evaluate medical responses for diagnostic accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness, safety, clarity, and guideline alignment
• Identify missing clinical considerations, reasoning gaps, unsupported conclusions, and expected diagnostic outcomes
• Provide clear written feedback explaining clinical strengths, concerns, and scoring decisions

Medical Review & Research Team Support

• Apply medical judgment to stress-test structured healthcare reasoning workflows
• Support review of clinical materials in a professional, detail-oriented remote environment
• Participate in onboarding, training, or calibration workflows when applicable
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and careful clinical judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

• U.S.-based practicing physician with MD or equivalent medical qualification
• 3+ years of medical experience in clinical practice, diagnostic evaluation, patient care, medical education, chart review, or related medical work
• Strong ability to create diagnostic cases and evaluate clinical reasoning with evidence-based standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong technical proficiency and comfort working in a remote project environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow structured instructions

Educational Background

• MD or equivalent physician qualification is strongly preferred
• Active or recent clinical practice experience is highly relevant
• Board certification, board eligibility, residency training, fellowship training, or specialty-specific clinical experience is valuable

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical education, clinical case writing, peer review, chart review, diagnostic safety, quality improvement, or clinical documentation review
• Familiarity with evidence-based medicine, clinical guidelines, diagnostic reasoning frameworks, or structured scoring rubrics
• Experience creating clinical teaching cases, assessment materials, board-style questions, or physician-level evaluation criteria
• Interest in advancing structured healthcare reasoning and medical review workflows
