Job Description:

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in B2B sales, account research, outbound workflows, deal execution, forecasting, customer success, and structured sales documentation processes.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured B2B sales review, account research analysis, proposal and SOW documentation, deal qualification, forecast review, sales workflow assessment, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their sales expertise to review realistic commercial scenarios, evaluate sales requirements and deal materials, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based sales workflow tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Account Research & Top-of-Funnel Review

  • Review B2B sales scenarios involving ICP lists, account research briefs, lead qualification, prospect prioritization, and outbound preparation
  • Evaluate account lists against defined ICP criteria, source data, firmographic requirements, buyer signals, and documented qualification rules
  • Support structured review of prospecting workflows, account research notes, outbound targeting logic, and sales preparation materials
  • Identify missing fields, qualification gaps, inconsistent account fit, and expected top-of-funnel outcomes

Deal Execution & Commercial Documentation

  • Review sales scenarios involving proposals, SOWs, pricing requirements, commercial terms, redlines, and structured deal documentation
  • Evaluate proposals and SOW materials against required sections, pricing specifications, fallback positions, and documented deal requirements
  • Support structured review of call plans, proposal drafts, SOW redlines, customer requirements, negotiation notes, and deal execution materials
  • Prepare clear written explanations for sales and commercial decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria

Forecasting, Qualification & Customer Success Workflows

  • Review forecasting scenarios involving MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, forecast categorization, seeded deal packs, renewals, QBRs, and opportunity narratives
  • Evaluate deal qualification materials against defined sales frameworks, CRM data, customer context, and forecast rules
  • Support structured review of QBR decks, forecast narratives, renewal plans, opportunity notes, and CRM documentation
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, SDR/BDR leadership, customer success, sales strategy, revenue operations, enterprise sales support, or related commercial roles
  • Experience with one or more areas such as ICP development, account research, outbound motion, proposal preparation, SOW review, sales qualification, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, renewals, QBRs, or forecasting
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar systems
  • Comfort reading and preparing sales artifacts such as call plans, proposals, SOW redlines, QBR decks, forecast narratives, account briefs, opportunity notes, and qualification summaries
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain sales decisions clearly
  • Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work

Educational Background

  • A degree or professional background in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, economics, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field is helpful
  • Equivalent practical experience in B2B sales, customer success, account management, sales leadership, deal support, or commercial workflow review is also highly relevant

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mid-market or enterprise sales motions, complex buying committees, outbound prospecting, renewals, expansion, or customer success workflows
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, SPICED, Sandler, or similar methodologies
  • Experience preparing or reviewing ICP lists, account research briefs, proposals, SOWs, QBR decks, forecast narratives, call plans, or CRM notes
  • Familiarity with CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, sales enablement materials, pricing workflows, or commercial negotiation documentation
  • Strong attention to detail in relationship-heavy, documentation-heavy, and revenue-focused workflows
